Everyone struggles with stress, especially when it’s work-related. But when factors like brain chemistry and genetic predispositions come into play, every aspect of life becomes affected, which can lead to big problems.

Mental health is about how we think, feel, and behave. Just as our physical health fluctuates, so does our mental health. Among the most common mental health problems are anxiety and depression, which can be brought on for many reasons, including work-related issues.
